Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 12, 2026

Educational content only. No guarantees regarding business results or commercial performance.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (ā€œTermsā€) govern your access to and use of the dohvajix website (the ā€œSiteā€) and the information, training descriptions, and educational materials that we make available through the Site. By accessing the Site, browsing pages, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Educational Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

dohvajix provides educational content focused on aquarium product sales and customer consulting. The Site may describe course modules covering aquarium types, equipment selection, needs analysis, product recommendation frameworks, and retail conversation techniques. This information is intended for training and general educational use.

Educational content only. No guarantees regarding business results or commercial performance. Outcomes depend on many factors including store context, product assortment, staffing, pricing, local regulations, seasonality, and how training is implemented in practice.

Any examples, scripts, or role-play scenarios are illustrative. They are not promises of revenue, conversion rate changes, margin improvements, or other commercial outcomes.

3. What the Site Provides

The Site provides information about our training programme, including curriculum summaries, course positioning, and ways to contact us or request registration details. The Site is a lead-generation and informational website; it does not provide an e-commerce checkout, user accounts, or immediate digital delivery of paid products through an automated transaction flow.

We may update, expand, or remove content at any time, including lesson outlines and guidance language used to explain aquarium concepts in a retail setting (for example: nitrification, biological filtration, turnover rate, photoperiod, heater sizing heuristics, and maintenance intervals). We do not guarantee that any specific page or section will remain available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated system.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale using automated means without our written permission.
  • Introduce malware, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt the Site’s normal operation.
  • Submit false or misleading information in forms, including impersonating another person or entity.
  • Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
  • Attempt to access areas or endpoints not intended for public use.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe a visitor is violating these rules or harming the Site’s availability for others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, page structure, educational descriptions, checklists, consulting frameworks, and original training language—are owned by Dohvajix Education LLC or licensed to us. This includes the dohvajix name and any associated marks.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference third-party products, manufacturers, or general categories of aquarium equipment. Such references are for educational clarity and do not imply endorsement. The Site may also include external links where necessary for core functionality (for example, map links to our address). We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. No Warranties

The Site is provided on an ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, that content will always be current, or that access will be continuous. Training descriptions are maintained with care, but aquarium equipment standards and best practices can vary by region, supplier, and the specific livestock being discussed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dohvajix Education LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for all claims relating to the Site and these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dohvajix Education LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) any content or information you submit through the Site that infringes rights or violates laws.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, pandemics, internet outages, cloud provider failures, or cyberattacks affecting networks or infrastructure used to operate the Site.

11. International Use

The Site is operated from Czechia. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws that may apply to your access and use, including restrictions on use from sanctioned regions or by sanctioned persons where applicable law requires.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless mandatory consumer protections apply, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be submitted to the competent courts located in Pardubice, Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract.

13. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a short description of the issue. We will try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days. You can reach us at [email protected].

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your activity presents a security risk. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Dohvajix Education LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.

17. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Dohvajix Education LLC.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after we post the updated version on this page, unless a shorter period is required for legal compliance or security reasons. The ā€œLast Updatedā€ date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

20. Electronic Communications

By using the Site and contacting us electronically, you agree that communications may be provided to you electronically and that such communications have the same legal effect as written communications, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
